By walking with you on an insightful journey your coach focuses on enabling you to gain greater insights into yourself, what holds you back, how you may be getting in your own way and how to move forward. Your coach can continue to work with you as you put your plan into action to help identify adjustments or changes you want to make.
The key to coaching is it is all about you. You choose the focus and direction of each session. Coaching works because you are truly listened to, without judgement or preconceptions, and therefore you have the time to think and hear yourself think. By asking insightful and powerful questions your coach enables you to gain new insights, get out of your own way and progress towards your goals.
